4. I love traveling (and planning to travel) making vacation times very important to me. Along those lines, I love to read...which takes me to far off places, to a variety of eras and immersed in other peoples' lives. Joy and laughter are as much a part of my life as breathing. My friends and family continually share opportunities for me to laugh (with them, at them and at myself) even when the going gets tough. Finding the lighter side of life is more of a career than a hobby. I am blessed to have some of my best friends as my teaching teammates, making the blending of my "careers" much easier.
